large roomgreat locationcomfortable bed
i only stayed for one night as i was catching a flight (it was a quick trip). my room was large with a bathtub. the location is great, steps from the queen victoria building. it's also a short walk from circular quay and chinatown. the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful.
the lifts require a small flight of stairs, which might be difficult with heavy luggage.

the location was acceptable (near lots of shops).
the room was not properly cleaned. there were hairs in the case for the hairdryer, which i found unhygienic. the breakfast was substandard, it was basic and overpriced.

the location of this hotel is optimal. easy access to the tram and train was available. i found close proximity to pitt street mall and the tower.
entering the hotel was a bit like entering a mine shaft. everything was dark grey with spot lights here and there! though, loud duff duff music in the lifts was annoying. we were told when checking in that we had been upgraded but even so the room was rather small.

The hotel location is very convenient. I accessed everything by foot. The tram stop is near the hotel. I noticed the hotel design is very nice.
The reception gave me limited information during check in. I asked about gym access and breakfast. It would be helpful to receive this information upfront.

a few minor issues

the valet parking option was amazing. i was greeted in busy traffic and they made it simple (a real plus in this city!). the room was large with a comfortable bed. there was a huge window, 2 comfy high backed chairs and a perfectly outfitted bathroom with double vanity and kevin murphy hair and body products.
My room was unclean. Everything was coated in a fine layer of dust. there were deep coatings of dust in less obvious places like inside the bar cabinet next to the fridge. the carpets had not been properly vacuumed. i even picked up a toenail clipping off the floor near the couch.
